Pistol Pete's TOP TRACK

This track is from the first solo album of the GnR keyboard player, Dizzy Reed. He has been busy touring with GnR.  Before he

re-joined the band he formed the Dead Daisies with David Lowy and Jon Stevens. Also in the band was current GnR guitarist Richard Fortus, so when both Reed and Fortus bowed out of the Dead Daisies 3 yrs ago, it was pretty obvious to me that the then unannounced GnR reformation was going to happen admid all the speculation at the time!

So onto this track , the title track of the album Rock 'n Roll ain’t easy. The track starts with Reed leading from the front on piano. You can hear the GnR influences all over this song , November Rain springs to mind , but on less epic scale, the guitar solo is pure Slash (although I don’t think it's him ).

All in all a great track which is a great advert for the album .
